Review: Morphe x Kathleen Lights Palette

Hey guys, today I want to review the collaboration between Morphe Cosmetics and Youtube beauty guru Kathleen Lights. Morphe is known to be a good quality but inexpensive make up brand! This palette was only $14.99 USD which is awesome. If you wanna know what I think of this palette read below!

This palette is different than your usual Morphe shadow palette. It is made of cardboard instead of plastic and it closes magnetically rather than snapping together. It also says “MORPHE X KATHLEENLIGHTS” on the front in red metallic lettering. While the packaging is cardboard I don’t think it feels cheap or less sturdy! The matte black covering the entire palette makes it look super sleek too.

The palette contains 15 eyeshadows, 8 matte and 7 shimmer. I have a few other Morphe palettes and I honestly think this palette is the most pigmented! As you can see from the swatches the shimmer shades are super intense. They feel so creamy when swatched and have no fall out! Some of the matte shades are harder to swatch and a bit powdery but when blended in the crease or lid they are very good. I love how Kathleen put a nice variety of warm and cool tones in the palette; you can make so many looks!

Overall I have been loving this palette! It is great quality and I can make an entire look without needing to grab another palette. It was released back last October and they restocked it for the last time about a month or so ago, I believe there are still some left!
